3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply for withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

zeta77 provides special bonuses and promotional offers to users from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms, and these terms will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳32,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000

The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager 10 times the total bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Bonus funds cannot be shared with or transferred to other users.
• If any rule violation is proven in connection with bets placed using bonus funds, the related winnings will be voided.
• zeta77 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses will be considered fraud.

6 Fair Play Policy and Prohibited Activities

zeta77 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Use of any form of hacking, software bots or automated tools.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Placing strategic opposing bets to meet bonus requirements (bonus abuse).
• Colluding with other users to manipulate any game.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Harassing or offensive behaviour towards other users.

If we detect any of the above violations, the relevant account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited. zeta77 also reserves the right to take legal action in such cases.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Account Closure by zeta77

zeta77 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• When a security risk is identified on the account.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
• Upon receipt of a court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

7.2 Account Closure by the User

8 Limitation of Liability

zeta77 and its operators accept no liability in the following cases:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.

• If financial loss results from the user's own decisions.
